The welcome message from Oxana included many useful details and she was kind enough to check in on us throughout the stay. We had many pleasant surprises along the way during our stay and would highly recommend staying in either or both of their rooms. Thank you Oxana and Ianis!

Our trip's best stay! Because of the excellent air conditioning, I actually enjoyed the finest sleep of the entire eighteen-day trip to Italy here. The host was going above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay, and the bed was quite comfortable. A big thank you! In addition, parking is free, and driving to the house is allowed without entering the ZTL zone.

The comfortable studio (1 large room!) is clean, newly decorated and pleasantly furnished. Ample bedding/towels. The shadiness and the natural darkness of the studio is more than compensated with the bright installed lighting system. A perfect place for a couple for a short stay.
