Probably the best host I've ever been to. Every day he made sure we had everything we needed and mentioned that he was there for anything needed. Also, the free garage meant a lot to us, as well as the free laundry (though it's polite to tip the people who do the work). Whatever we asked for was either provided or taken care of or brought to the room. The rooms are really decent and decently furnished. 10/10

The Appartamento was spacious, clean, and beautiful and offered all we could have thought about including. a washing machine (really appreciated after a 5-day "wild holiday").

The apartment is in a renovated historic building. We stayed in the penthouse (top floor) with an elevator which opens into the apartment directly - nice! The kitchen was very convenient and everything is fitted brand new to a very good standard. Clearly a lot of attention has gone into small details.

We had an amazing stay at Justin’s Napoli apartment. I am going to give a bit more of detailed review as I found those most helpful during my planning but if you are looking for the short version: it was great! Book it! 1. Apartment: very nicely renovated, meticulously clean and had everything you need. There was a mini fridge and stove top for food as well as a coffee maker with complimentary coffee packets. Huge TV and bed. The mattress is on the firmer side but as somebody with chronic back pain, I was very comfortable. The bathroom was also gorgeous - exactly like the pics and all toiletries included as well as fresh white towels and hairdryer. Additionally there is a fancy air conditioner in both the living room and bed room. 2. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. We unfortunately brought the wrong us to eu outlet converter and he even assisted us in finding a charger for our phones. Really above and beyond service on all accounts! 3. Location was perfect for us. The apartment is about 25 min walk from the airport. We were just staying in Naples for the night before taking a shuttle to Amalfi and the location was very convenient. Side note, we used Pintour Shuttle service (small shuttle bus with A/C (yay!) from Naples airport to Amalfi Coast with several stops ex Maiori along the way and only 10euros for approx 1.5hr drive). 4. Other: Justin recommended the “Maestri Pizzaioli” pizzeria 3mim walk from hotel and it was great! My fave was the margarita pizza 🍕 There is also a moderate size supermarket 5 min walk from apartment that has anything you need. We bought all our toiletries for the rest of the trip there and each item was around 2 euro with many brands we also have in Canada and the US. 5. Small tip: something we will definitely put more effort into our next time here. You don’t really need any Italian while in the area as there are so many tourists and most people speak a bit of English.

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. I was so impressed with the design and attention to detail. Nice linens, lots of space for suitcases and clothing, not skimping on the toilet paper or soap. The instructions to enter were some of the best I'd ever seen, clear and precise. It made the entering so simple. The neighborhood is very lively but the because of how the apartment is situated it was peaceful and quiet at night. It was spotless and new, AC, fridge, hair dryer all working well. The best thing about the apartment was the host. I had some special requests and they were met with understanding and enthusiasm. It's a 4 star experience.

Host was really nice and they did their best to accommodate unexpected situation at the arrival. As to the flat we didn spend lot of time there, but it has all you need for a short stay.

However the entire apartment is located semi-underground so there was only a little bit of natural light. Ideal for a short stay. Good central location in Napoli to explore all the great cafes and restaurants nearby. The AC worked good but the power turned off once shortly after we turned on the AC for the first time. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. The wifi was amazingly fast.

The host is just amazing; he contacted us with pre-info for our check-in which made us feel safe and made it much easier to arrive and with his travel tips we really felt we made the most of our short stay in the city. The appartment is located in guarded condominium with friendly small shops around, almost on the back of Piazza di Plebiscitio. Flat is well equipped with more than you need. I recommend to order taxi from and to the airport by booking.com. Perfect service. Otherwise one can encounter unpleasant surprise.
