My husband and I spent 5 days in this beautiful flat. The location is perfect for anyone with a car as you can park in the street for free and then walk into the centre of Lucca in about 15 minutes. The flat is modern and cosy and in a quiet location. A big supermarket and some shops can be found within walking distance. The communication with Michele and the handing over of the keys went flawlessly, at the end of the trip we just left the keys in the flat. We had a lovely stay and absolutely recommend the flat.

John and Paola were great hosts. They were easy to communicate with and provided an exceptional property. It exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, well-appointed and beautifully decorated. Paola had even put up some Christmas decorations. They provided some groceries for us to have dinner the first night, which was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated after a very long drive. The location was fantastic and a very easy walk into the old centre of town. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

    It’s is incide the walls n just few steps away from all tourist attractions. Flat is equipped with everything in fact I like to cook n I could. The owners are super nice. I couldn’t find apartment so they came to pick me up. They allowed me to Chuck out 1 hr later.

    Everything was perfect in this flat. Perfectly situated for us, near from the motorway in a very calm neighbourhood. Even the road is close, we cannot hear anything from outside. The apartment is very comfortable. And Andrea was very reactive in case we needed his help. Thanks to you Andrea

    Really lovely modern apartment in an old building. With a lovely powerful shower, well equipped kitchen & comfy sofa. Right in the middle of the old town, a short walk from the station and a 2 minute walk to the supermarket. Plenty of restaurants in the area too. Lucca is a beautiful town.

    It was good having a mini apartment (Modern Apartment -that was its name) It had a very good bathroom and bedroom. A good breakfast was delivered each day. Location outside the walls, ten minutes walk from the centre was OK, with shops and a very good restaurant nearby. We arrived late on our first day but arrangements for access worked perfectly.

    The location was perfect! I had great expectations for the room and was happy to find that it was EVEN better! The size was great and the room so cozy and well decored so we could have stayed here for a long time and even just stayed in the room, if Lucca hasn´t been as lovely as it was. I would recommend this room/apartment to everyone who will travel to Lucca. We were staying in the room at the top of the building, the "penthouse" flat.
