It was clean, safe and extremely comfortable ! I was delighted the shower had pressure as every place we stayed at while driving around Italy felt very claustrophobic which is understandable but I was so happy with Bes Residence, oh and not to mention the balcony, it was fab just sitting outside in the evening taking in the fresh air. The location is also perfect close to the airport and walking distance to some great restaurants or shops

The location is perfect, easy to get to the Train Station , bus stops, places to eat , etc. The apartment is quiet and has a very good Aircon, shower room with towel rail warmer - indeed a very modern and comfortable apartment. The staff is extremely helpful. I fully recommend the apartment. (we stayed at apartment 101 and there is a small but modern lift)

It must have taken an incredible amount of time and effort to make such a homely apartment. We only stayed for one night after a delayed flight but the host was very accommodating of this, the apartment would be more than suitable for much longer stays for couples or small families as it has everything you could possibly need supplied for you. The bed and pillows are SO comfortable, the entire experience surpasses all expectations and is brilliant value for money, would strongly recommend this place for bergamo travellers.

- 7.6Scored 7.6GoodRated good· 240 reviewsWe liked the location, 5 min on foot from the central train station, in a modern apartment building - In general the train station area of a town is not so safe but here we really liked it, there were a lot of restaurants close by ( 3 min away) - The bus station for the direct airport bus transfer was 5 min away - The room is in fact a studio, basic but ok for a night stop in Bergamo or even more -The savety of the building and the self check-in
