Perfect view over the city, big house, clean, everything you need. The host was incredible! Highly recommend to pick this location! If you worry about the road let me tell you that I managed to go there without trouble in a volkswagen polo (manual transmission) with 4 adults in it. But you do have to know how to drive a car properly.

Рекомендую це помешкання. Дістатись з аеропорту дуже просто автобусом, готель знаходиться біля зупинки № 5, пару кроків і ви на місті, за бажанням можна замовити таксі. Готель перевершив всі мої очікування, дуже гарне розташування , балкон виходить на море і ви можете цілодобово насолоджуватись прекрасним виглядом. Номер дуже чистий, все є що потрібно, все працює, продумано до дрібничок -кондиціонер і щільні штори від сонця, зранку можна зробити собі каву є холодильник. Прибирають щодня, дуже чисто. Постіль білосніжна, ліжко дуже зручне. Персонал просто супер, в нас трошки забарахлив холодильник ми повідомили на рецепцію і через 5 хвилин нам його замінили на новий) В місто можна дістатись пішки і ще ходить автобус дуже близько від готелю. Поруч є невеличкий супермаркет. Біля готелю є ресторани і кафешки де можна поласувати свіженькими морепродуктами. До пляжу вам треба пройти 10 кроків і декілька сходинок. Пляж чистий з пісочком захід у море дуже комфортний. Мрію повернутись до вас ще, щиро вдячні за гостинність! Бажаємо вам процвітання!

Ioanna was an excellent host, very accommodating and supportive, with great advice and great help. We would be very happy to come again. The Skiathos city center is about 10-15min walk but this is actually a plus so that one can be away from the hustle and bustle from the rather touristy part. We enjoyed the tranquility and the magnificent view over the bay.

Cleaned every day, sheets and towel change every other day. Everything you need for self catering if required. Owner friendly and helpful. Ideal location, 5 minutes from beach, 10 minutes to town and on bus route for other beaches.

Close to the city centre and all the main beaches, the hotel is very well located. The room and housekeeping were excellent, but what really set this hotel apart is the personal touch of the staff. Alexandra in particular was very friendly and attentive, taking care of all our needs and wishes. I cannot praise her and all the staff enought for their exceptional service. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for an hotel experience with staff who are truly second to none. Thank you again and see you soon. 😁

Our room was huge. Stamos gave us an upgrade and we got an excellent 2-floor apartment. The view is very beautiful. They offer a nice pool bar menu and breakfast. The staff is very friendly and gentle. They saved no efforts to provide an excellent one night stay. Thank you!

Best location in Skiathos. The restaurant, Exantas, is right on the beach, and no more than 8 meters from the water. I will stay here again next year and pay extra for the ocean view. I booked the least expensive room (the only one available) which was in the second building of the hotel, behind the first building with no view of the beach or the ocean, and especially in the summer it would be SO worth it to have that ocean breeze and view. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning unit kept the room cool enough once I figured out how to turn it on, and the room was spacious with ample space and shelving to place luggage & clothing. The kitchen was functional and decor of the was simple but classy. Staff was friendly & helpful, the owner polite & knowledgable. He called a taxi to take me to the airport, which arrived 5 mins later. For a single female traveler it was very safe. I felt like I was in good hands. The room was quiet. I had one night in Skiathos and didn't feel the need to leave the property to enjoy Skiathos, since the hotel's restaurant, Exantas, had amazing food, atmosphere & beach proximity. The hotel has lounging beach chairs/beds with umbrellas which can be rented for the entire day. These chairs can be used for an hour or two for free, as the staff explained to me that waiters will come down once a day around noon to collect the daily fee from those who are using them, and if you only sit there for a couple of hours (leaving around 11am to pack and check-out like I did), it is likely you will be gone before they collect the daily fee. Get the chicken wrap for breakfast. OUTSTANDING.
