The apartment is perfectly situated - about 10 minutes' walk from the Delicias Station, 20 minutes' walk from the University campus, and perhaps 30 minutes' walk from the Plaza del Pilar - and spacious, with all the facilities you need. It is also an ideal place for a longer stay, as in my case, so if you need a comfortable place to combine work and exploring the city, this is a perfect choice. And the owner is very nice and very helpful!

Wonderful apartment. Everything is very clean, neat and comfortable, it’s warm at the end of December. There is a small nuance with parking, which the owners kindly provide: if you have a large car or do not feel confident in narrow spaces, it may not be suitable for you. Otherwise WOW!

Location is super good, just 10 minutes max walking from the Basilica & 2 minutes from the central market. Beds are very comfortable, host is very nice and helpful, windows in all rooms, 2 bathrooms. Host also let us stay on the checkout day till afternoon as apartment wasn't booked.

The biggest plus are definitely the location just across the Puente de Piedra, the covered parking place across the street, the size of the apartment which is also relatively quiet (it does not face the street, but the back/inside) and, last but not least, the host Pepe is very friendly and accommodating.

We were there for five nights (for a conference) and actually ate in every night so that we could watch the sun set and the lights come on around and in the church. It was a visual feast. The flat itself is lovely - everything you need. Very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the service good. I understand why this place has such a high rating! Also very central location.
