It was a very happy experience. Went there to spend Christmas with my adult sons and it was a very comfortable apartment with all the facilities we needed. We cooked dinner both nights and didn't lack anything..the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed including dishwasher. The beds were super comfy including the sofa bed.The location is great. Right next to the Plaza Mayor. There was a mixup checking in and they fixed it for us right away. I will definitely will return.

The suite had every possible amenity, was modern and spacious, and was excellent for a couple. The property was perfectly located just a few meters from Plaza Mayor and near all the old city’s landmarks. The staff were amazing and even sat with us to book our bus and train connections. Overall a wonderful stay!

This is a really big flat filled with everything you need to spend some time in wonderful Salamanca. It is about 15 to minutes' walk from the Plaza Mayor. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. The area around the flat is lively, but as the apartment itself is in a side street and the bedrooms have windows to an inner courtyard there is no problem of noise.

The apartment is excellent, modern and with all the equipment that you need and don’t need because you’re on holidays. Car parking very close. San Juan parking, and other options. The manual sent in PDF tells everything we need to know and the communication with the hostess is very easy and efficient.

The hosts were exceptional, met us at the apartment within minutes of our arrival, provided full hand over and heaps of info on salamanca, restaurants, sightseeing, getting around etc. They had prepared the room and made the sofa bed for our kids and the apartment had breakfast food, snacks, sweets, teas, coffees, toiletries and just about anything little thing they could think of to make our stay comfortable. The location was awesome, across the street from old town and so easy to stroll into the old town during the day or in the evening and such a pretty location. Car park was under building. Big props to these hosts... our best apartment from a month in Spain and Portugal.

Although we never met the host, face-to-face, communication was good with SMS / email and he was very kind and responsive. The apartment is well-located, spacious, clean and well-equipped. Parking is best on the other side of the Jesuit Park. Walking to the Old Town is simple.

It allowed for easy return from sight-seeing to relax during the day. It's a very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Javi at reception was excellent and was proactive in providing information and restaurant recommendations, three of which we tried and were some of the best of our holiday. Parking was a bonus for us as we on a touring holiday.
