The location was very good, and the apartment itself was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was like being in your own home with everything you could possibly need - many pots and pans, dishes and utensils, assorted spices and cooking oils. Coffee and tea station with coffee/ tea and condiments. Just bring the main ingredients for your meals and you are set! Small WC near the main entrance. The bed was wonderful and the full bath was great. There was a hair dryer available as well as shampoo/conditioner and body soap. Washer for clothes in bathroom too. You could easily have a family of 4 or 5 in this apartment. Also available was a child's high chair and an ironing board/iron. There are even live plants in the home...I was very impressed and wished I were staying longer. Access to keys was simple, a video was sent to me upon on line check- in which was super helpful! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a stay in Mainz!!

Very bright, clean and spacious modern apartment with a large balcony. Parking downstairs is very convenient and good enough to fit a small car. Great location in the city center with supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Very modern with facilities needed for a stay like home - cooking appliances, utensils, cutleries are very new and sufficient. Bathroom has good amenities, towels, bath gel, and shelves inside the shower. The shower is very strong which is not often found in other apartments. The washer and dryer are bonus though we couldn’t find laundry detergent, but when I asked the host he provided a couple of detergent pods to us - very responsive and helpful.
