We stayed here mid of October and I have nothing to complain about. Great view on the sea, warm inside, comfortable bed and blankets, toys and games for kids, everything in good/nearly perfect shape and very clear and detailed support from the host.

The owner gave us detailed instructions, pictures and her cell phone number in case we need to call her. Apartment had everything- TV's in every room, necessary electronic in kitchen, big bed for two, two enormous couches, blankets and pillows (2 sets)-seem to be new. First night I slept on big pillow and it was uncomfortable for me (home I sleep on small, orthopedic one), but next night I took small, orthopedic pillow. Close to the apartment we saw entrance for "wheel drivers" to the beach-what we used,'cause I am one.

We really enjoyed our stay at Malpertus. The appartment was looking as nice as it did on the pictures. The beds were confortable and the all place was cosy. It must be one of the best appartement in term of kitchen equipment. Communication with Nikita was efficient and nice. I would definitly recommend a stay at Malpertus.

On arrival the owner greeted us and showed us around the property and gave us useful info of things near by. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. bedding, towels, coffee ect. Fantastic host, 1st floor apartment with everything you need for self catering. Very clean and modern. Good location. Short walk to free private parking. (Tiled floors, so if you go in winter take slippers). I would go again.

This is not a hotel but the owner’s holiday apartment, so it’s well maintained and considerate. We had a very nice time. Easy location (1km walking to the beach) Well equipped apartment with almost all the facilities Nice outdoor swimming pool Very gentle landlords

All good. Superb view over the sea from the 12th floor. Wifi worked. Hot water without doing anything. Great for a weekend. Modern block - newly renovated apartment. We were two people - would be fine for two couples or a family. Bed was OK. We also had a very good, inventive meal at the local restaurant Lautrec (book ahead).
