Location next to the village center was quiet, but still easy to walk everywhere, including Hahnenkamm gondola and AquaPark; there is a cafe right next door, very nice larger bakery Schmidt about 3-4 min away for breakfast; but kitchen was lovely and well-equipped and Billa supermarket is less than 10 min walk from the property; you also have several restaurants around, from higher end like First Lobster, to casual Thai and pizza; also lovely wine shop, Terroir, but village center is just 5 min walk, with many food options and another Billa supermarket. There is a great massage place, KitzMassage, about 3 min walk. Villa is nicely decorated and new, great use of space inside, great shower.

It’s as central as it gets, and all the facilities in the apartment are modern, new, and the host paid such extreme attention to the details - as we came into the flat lovely music was playing, wine bottle and 2 glasses at the table waiting, FFP-2 face masks plus clips for face masks for ski helmets! very thoughtful and a 5* hotel treatment We loved it and will definitely come back on our next trip to Kitzbühel!
