Even though the building looks like it's not going to last much longer, the apartment itself is modern and stylish. We arrived in the city in the evening and booked the apartment just 1 hour before checking in. Everything went smoothly. We didn't use the kitchen amenities much, just spent the night sleeping, had tea in the morning, and left. The WiFi worked well, and the apartment is quiet (thanks to the thick walls). It might be cold in the nights but you can turn on heater. Also, there is plenty of parking space near the building, which is definitely a plus!

Very pleasant stay here. We were very well received with kind attentions every day: fruit and tomatoes from the garden, compote…. We also learned how to make Armenian compote. The accommodation is very clean and very practical. Its location allows you to rest because there is no noise around the house. It is a perfect place to visit the surroundings, even without a car.
