Mt Vernon is set on 6 hectares in Akaroa, with landscaped gardens and free WiFi. It is located just over a 1-hour drive from Christchurch Airport and offers free private parking on site. Exceptionally beautiful surroundings, remote yet close to town…. The bird song here at dawn was one of the highlights of my trip. The hosts are friendly and attentive. The view is from a high hillside overlooking Akaroa, very special. The lodge room was entirely unique, especially the sweet loft room ( for fit adults or children only) .

Clear Ridge Apartments feature self-contained accommodation with spectacular views of the alpine surroundings. The property is a 2-minute walk from the main village and the thermal pools. Fabulous family apartments in a great location. Kids loved the swimming pool and spa even on a cold winter evening.

The luxurious Village Lake Apartments are centrally located Hanmer Springs village centre only a few hundred metres from the popular thermal pools and the main street with shops, cafes and... This was one of the best places we stayed in NZ. Great location, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, wonderful kitchen—loved it. The staff (especially Dominic) went above and beyond to accommodate us—even jumping my car battery when it died overnight. 10/10 recommend this place, and can’t wait to go back!

A few steps from Kaikoura Beach, Shearwater Apartments is a recently renovated property located in Kaikoura and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Exceptional property with a fabulous view of the sea. Very helpful host, fabulous breakfast left for us and just a perfect wee spot to stay for a few nights in a lovely little town.

Kaikoura Waterfront Apartments provides beachfront accommodation in Kaikoura. The property features sea and mountain views, and is a few steps from Kaikoura Beach. The location is fabulous with lots of beautiful walks right outside the door. Short drive to the seal colony and wonderful trails. The Endeavour restaurant a few doors away was excellent for breakfast and lunch.

Located opposite Pacific Ocean Beach, The Fairways Luxury Accommodation Kaikoura offers free WiFi. Some apartments offer mountain views and/or views of the golf course.. Beautiful place, nice location (outside town but if you want quiet place, it’s perfect). Room was really nice and modern. We liked it there.
