We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

Washer/dryer and small kitchen are nice amenities. Highly recommended!!

Staff is very helpful, giving us a lot of tips which making our stay more fun. Love it here, we'd recommend this apartment to our friends and will return to stay here again.
