The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and had everything you could need for a break. The furnishings were beautiful and high quality such as the towels, pillows and duvets. We really appreciated the added extras like the fruit, coffee pods and milk. Our children loved their bunk beds and the tv in their room. The addition of a fan was also really appreciated. We can’t wait to book again to stay. Beautiful apartment and amazing value.

Mode Apartments St Annes is located in Lytham St. Annes and comprises one-bedroom apartments within a historic building with original features. Clean, spacious apartment in a quiet area with high quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The provided bedding, towels and toiletries were also all of exceptionally high quality. Heating and hot water systems were excellent with a powerful shower. There was plenty of on-street parking outside the property. Excellent small, family-run Italian restaurant within walking distance.
