Swimming pool and sauna were great too. Location is wonderful - near to shops and the center of the city. We've loved how clean and cared the territory around the apartments looked like. This is an establishment for seniors and there is an atmosphere of friendliness and politeness that we've truly enjoyed. When we visit Montelimar next time, we'll certainly stay in these apartments again.

Let's start with the exceptional staff Alexandra Almas as well as Yvonne were charming and extremely helpful The apartment was large, bright, 'super clean' good quality kitchenware Matress was perfect with luxury quality sheets and plenty of towels We loved the balcony with it's privacy looking out on a lovely garden The elevator was a plus the easiness to use the thermostats and the quiet of the building made our stay so outstanding that we are planning to return again next year Pringy is very close to Annecy and I don't think the location could be better It was just PERFECT

Excellent breakfast that was included as well! Great location to hills and town restaurants.
