14 km from Exhibition Center Lugano in Lavena Ponte Tresa, Yachting Residence provides accommodation with access to spa facilities, wellness packages and beauty services. Very nice residence with large and confortable appartments. The place is very well managed and it was a pleasure to stay there for one week with our children. We have appreciated the secured parking, fresh/airco temperature in the appartements and the residence in general with a very quiet atmosphere. The real game changer was the view (with the pool and yacht deck) that makes it a unique place.

I think the facilities are specially good for elderly people but my wife and I with our 10 month baby were very happy with the location.

We had very nice stay at Tertanium. Apartment was very spacious and the food in the restaurant was delicious! All staff was very friendly and welcoming and very kind receptionost helped us with our special requests we had.
