The apartment is beautiful, newly renovated and very modern. The bed is very comfortable with a very good mattress, quality linens and pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new plates, cups, glasses, pots and everything necessary to cook. The location is great, near the beach and conveniente to train station, bus and bars for breakfast. We loved our stay! Although we experienced a few small problems, mostly due to the fact that the apartments are newly renovated and need to be broken in, the host has been very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely come back here on future visits to Catania.

beautiful place, an authentic Sicilian house nicely renovated , great views from the balcony and sitting area , we had an upper floor apartment , very comfortable and spacious. perfect location. great stuff with a warm welcoming suggesting us nice places (we arrived little late at night)…. perfectly for a week stay …(we just had one night … but could’ve stayed more … really nice place)

I had an absolutely fantastic experience. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, making me feel instantly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and I had a peaceful night's rest. The apartment's central location made it convenient to explore the city. They provide you free private parking inside the block! What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. If you're looking for a memorable stay, this is the place to be. It's our 2d time stay in this property. Just love it! Everything what we need, the apartment is modern and very well equipped with full little kitchen, good coffee machine, all tools for cooking, silent AC, iron, towels.. Position is near the sea and safe location with some bars, supermarket, shops, not far from the center. Host is friendly and always ready to help.

The location is amazing very quite and very clean, Cars was in the garage with a remote control you can go out anytime, a supermarket a cross of the road, I will definitely go again.

Fantastic apartment in the centre of Aci Castello. The owners did a super job renovating an older building into 3 new modern apartments with a shared courtyard out the back and a shared terrace in the front. The apartment is very spacious with a large kitchen space, high ceilings, separate living area and bedroom/bathroom on mezzanine level with an additional one at ground level . High end kitchen & furnishing everywhere. Its less than 5 mins walk to the seafront and has a shared private parking space at the back, some inventive Sicilian driving required here at times :)
