Amazing! Everything was perfect. The location is great (a few minutes from the supermarket, to the main station and to the Fira center), everything is very clean and they clean the room every day (unless you don't want it), the pool and the bar are great, the staff is very kind and they will help with anything you need. Also, they let us use the pool for the whole day while we were waiting for our flight. Recommend!

We really liked the accomodation! The hosts were very helpful and kind, always providing us with the information we needed and arranging transfers. The location is perfect, near the center, but in a more quiet street, close to the bus terminal. There is an amazing bakery nearby, markets, restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay there again!

The room was wonderful, and it had everything you could want or need. The owners were always available and went above and beyond helping to arrange tours and taxi's and take care of the needs of their guesd. They made sure you always had coffee or tea available in your room, and if there was something you needed extra, they would help get it or arrange it. The view from the room was beautiful overlooking the volcano with gorgeous sunsets. Breakfast was served every morning on the terrace, and the breakfast was well rounded and delicious. I loved staying here the beds were also comfortable, and that was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel and am looking forward to returning.
