Settled in the place sorounded with trees and other green plants, the hotel looks like a hiden gem :) Near the well known beaches enables peaceful environment for resting and a good sleep in not so hot nights, due to the altitude. Spatious room, very clean, kitchen equipped with all elements needed, the bathroom very clean, balcony with a very nice garden view and a great host, always in positive mood, helpful, friendly and professional. Great value for the price!

Vista sul mare meravigliosa. Cucina completa e piscina molto curata e pulita. Posizione peretta per esplorare Lefkada. E' necessario un proprio veicolo. Molto carino il villaggio raggiungibile a piedi per fare la spesa o per mangiare o bere qualcosa

Struttura molto accogliente, pulitissima, tranquilla e immersa nel verde. Posizione centrale rispetto all'isola ed a pari distanza fra le città principali, che consente di arrivare in 30' nelle spiagge più belle o immergersi nella mondanità. Locande nei dintorni invitanti e molto frequentate dai locali. La proprietaria è molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per muoverci sull'isola. Per raggiungere la struttura da Lefkada Town o Vasiliki è possibile prendere un taxi (30' di viaggio per 45€).

Tutto meraviglioso. Vista unica, solo il tramonto ripaga il prezzo. Casa bellissima, nuova, molto pulita, in posizione stupenda. Proprietario molto gentile. Spiagge raggiungibili in soli 10 minuti di auto. Veramente il Top.

First of all, the host was very kind, always available and there to help! We even got domestic eggs for the child! They cleaned our apartment every day, changed bed linen and towels, which is commendable! also, I would like to point out the location, the most beautiful beaches on Lefkada are a few minutes from the accommodation, and yet it is so secluded and peaceful. Kudos!

The staff was super attentive and friendly! It’s a good location outside the busier tourist areas so it’s best accessed if you come by car or other vehicle. Good value for a fully stocked and clean accommodation.

In the comment posted on Booking.com in 2017, I promised myself that I would return to Merlot Village in "a sunny day" and I managed to keep my promise after 6 years. If you don't know where is the perfect place to spend a dream vacation, I offer you a suggestion: HERE ! Merlot Village means (first of all) Kostas & Spiros, the perfect hosts we found with pleasure, younger and more enthusiastic, professionals in the "art of tourism" as only the Greeks know how to welcome their guests and make them it feels amazing. I recommend (again) the most beautiful beaches of Lefkada: Milos, Porto Katsiki, Egremni and Kathisma, the excursion to the Dimosari Waterfall and the Seven Islands Cruise, an one-day-cruise where you will be able to walk along the shores of the Islands of Ithaca, Kefalonia, Meganisi, Scorpios and swimmers will be delighted by the marine blue to indigo color of the Ionian Sea. And last but not least, I highly recommend Taverna Eleni, located in the picturesque village of Karyá, an excellent restaurant where you can eat traditional Greek food and taste a rosé wine made from grapes grown under the Lefkada Sun.
