Very nice location 5mn walk within center, and all shopping center shops around Very quite appartements despite some (our) being in front of tram Cozy and clean appartement, I really liked the kits provided with toothbrush especially the eye mask for sleeping which is great with elastic scratch and become my favorite !

The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms could be cleaner. My main concern and maybe personal opinion was the fact that the rooms cannot be locked, means anyone can access the room at anytime during the night theoretically. we felt insecure as we are a family travelled with small children. Big room with kitchen and facilities. Cozy bed and it's not far from subway station. You can reach Zwinger, castle, xmas market and shopping mall by walk or you can go by Tram, just one station far from city town. Staff is so helpful and friendly. We couldn't travel to other city by train because there's a strike. Staff help us to check for available options even they are so busy.
