My main concern and maybe personal opinion was the fact that the rooms cannot be locked, means anyone can access the room at anytime during the night theoretically. we felt insecure as we are a family travelled with small children. The rest was very nice

Big room with kitchen and facilities. Cozy bed and it's not far from subway station. You can reach Zwinger, castle, xmas market and shopping mall by walk or you can go by Tram, just one station far from city town. Staff is so helpful and friendly. We couldn't travel to other city by train because there's a strike. Staff help us to check for available options even they are so busy.
