Everything is perfect. The personnel are very kind and helpful, taking great care to ensure the comfort of the guests. The check-in process is easy and modern. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchens.

It was a positive experience, the room was spacious, tastefully decorated, it was clean, the WiFi was pretty good, the location is perfect, very easy to navigate to and it's really close to restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping mall. The instructions on how to get to the room were clear enough, so we were able to find it fairly easily. Any questions we had were answered quite fast by the support. The view is not "wow" though, the window overlooks the street and a big parking lot but it's ok and regardless of the close proximity of the street, there wasn't much noise. There are some good blackout curtains, which is a big plus for well illuminated areas. The kitchenette was well equipped, there was an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a microwave, some pots and pans and a fridge of course. There was a small welcoming gift which was thoughtful but only one set for two people and it contained a reusable cup, a tote bag, a toothbrush, earplugs and some other things. It was an overall good stay!

This was my first stay after the change to the new apartment format. Hotel Mathildenhöhe has been one of my favorite accommodations in Darmstadt. The location is good for walking to downtown on the lovely back backroads and alleyways, as well as walking in the extensive parks nearby. Having parking is a big plus and the grounds surrounding the property are very nice. Friendly staff and the new comfortable apartments make this a place I would stay at again on my next visit to Darmstadt.

The apartment was considerable amount bigger than the pictures. Washing machine, all kitchen appliances, living room, and comfortable bed. It was like a home from home. Very much recommend it. There's a bar/Restaurant downstairs with good food and many local shops nearby. The bonus also is a large shopping Mall a five-minute walk away.
