The most authentic stay we had so far. This lovely family only has one room so you literally staying with them. It's a quite, lovely place in the middle of the green. We felt very welcomed, breakfast and dinner always made with love.

The location, the new apartment is heaven. The bed is extra long, the shower is hot and the breakfast is too much. Manju and his wife and kids are super friendly. Highly recommended! Everything! This is the best accommodation we have stayed in so far in Sri Lanka! The lady coordinating the guesthouse was fantastic, and made the best food we have had so far!! She helped arrange a tuktuk for our sunrise hike on Pidurangala rock. The driver, Rangana, then drove us all the way to Kandy the next day and stopped anywhere we wanted/places he recommended for a great price. 10/10 recommend!

I had a great stay close to nature in the shared room with 5 beds and connected bathroom. Great common area a few meters from the room. For me it was almost like a homestay, because of the hosts (and families) friendliness. The host showed me around the area, including touristy and non-touristy spots, that were almost more impressive, since I would not have discovered them any other way. I can highly recommend staying in Sigirya Rastha hostel and get to know the area through a locals eyes.

The family owners are so kind and helpful with our stay. The brothers are very accommodating when it comes to helping to plan your itinerary for Sigiriya and giving suggestions for what to do. They serve a big breakfast every morning, nice and peaceful pool. The brothers even helped us arrange transport back to the airport. The bed and air conditioning in the room was comfortable.
