Exceptional service. Had to leave at 7am to the airport which was the time when breakfast opened. After asking 5 minutes earlier than breakfast opened if I could just take some bread a had 5 minutes later a lunchbox with 3 warm cheese ham sandwiches and fruits . Free airport shuttle, excellent. Rooms are not so big but with much much more comfort than you could expect for this price.

This 10 stars goes to Basel and the guy at front office .. and all the staff include the house keeping..
