It's a walking distance from the bus station and a large grocery store.A vehicle is recommended though, as the island itself is big enough and without all-day public transport. There is free parking on site . We had a scooter and it made our life so much easier. The hosts were kind and helpful. The definition of "value for money". 10/10 would visit again.

The beds are very comfortable and the bedsheets smelled like fresh flowers. Everything you need, and more, is available for a very very comfortable stay. From the balcony you have a great view at the port.

The location of the house is opposite the lemonakia beach. very short walking distance to tsamadou and navagos beaches. Kokkari center is about 20 min walking distance, but walking in the evening was quite pleasant. The inside of the house is very clean, the kitchen equipment is equipped. It was very enjoyable to spend time on the terrace of the house in the evenings. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan. stelios was very involved. we had a really nice holiday. thank you very much

The holiday home offers garden views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. Literally all aspects of my visit in Samos, which was just 2 days, were just what I needed. When I arrived to The Holiday Oasis I was greeted by the lovely host Nadia who welcomed and treated me like a friend during my stay. I was travelling alone and this was my first time in Greece. Nadia happily supported me with more than I would ever expect to recieve from renting a little apartment. She surprised me with an incredible breakfast free of charge when I was leaving early in the morning and she always answered any questions I had throughout my stay, and naturally did her best to make me feel at home and comfortable by just being her lovely self. Her kind husband was driving me to/from the beach, to/from the ferry and to the airport on my day of departure! The apartment is beautiful, with an outside veranda and your own bathtub/shower. On top of it you have your own rooftop balcony with incredible views of sunrise and overlooking the valley!

From the very beginning Amy was super welcoming and very accommodating to our needs. The room was absolutely perfect, we could not fault The Kalivi. The personal touches, including the folder with recommendations across the island and the outdoor facilities, made our stay even better; not to forget the extra comfy bed. The positioning of the house was also beautiful with excellent views of Vathi and only a 20 minute walk to the main town. Our stay at The Kalivi exceeded all expectations.
