Nice quiet location the two lads who basically run the show were fantastic they do everything including running you anywhere on the island and picking you up. The breakfast is very basic it’s not a choice breakfast it’s orange juice a fruit plate and fried eggs with toast. Coffee and tea. Rooms are basic but comfy and reflect in the price you pay. It’s within walking distance of the hustle and bustle but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Air con was really good. Comfy bed shower does it’s job but nothing outstanding.

Great place to stay on beautiful Koh Lipe. Manager met us at water taxi and directed us to house, which was situated right on the beach, clean and comfortable. the AC's in the bedrooms worked, spotless bathrooms, hot water, plenty of towels and beach accessories. Would stay again on our next trip.

I swear its a dream. The view from the restaurant is breath taking. The villas are so confortable and they pay so much attention to detail. They even had staff waiting for us at the dock. They bring breakfast to your room and its just awesome.
