Excellent position The new pool was available for us for the First time Sparkling clean house, very comfortable and with everything you need for your stay, water, coffe, tea, oil and more available for self catering. Garden full of fruit and vegetables. Amazing restaurant just at the doorstep, in a scenic old village ruins. For who likes peace and relax away from confusion and busy beaches. Zia is 2 km. away.

The position is excellent, with fantastic sunsets from the very nice terrazza. The kitchen is the most furnished I've ever seen! The host has been super welcoming, helpful and even bought a beach ombrella for us to use!

Very cosy and peaceful little house in the suburbs of the Kos town. Near to village Zia and beautiful sunset watching points. Everything in the house was perfect. We were welcomed with some refreshing snacks and drinks. There was nice olive scented hand liquid soap as well as body and hair shampoo. Plenty of towels in the wardrobe. A little black cat and a hen with chickens were our first neighbours. My daughter loved this. The host is very kind. I would definitely recommend this place.

The small house was absolutely perfect, set in a beautiful location lovely kitchen and powerful shower, and very comfy bed. My partner and I enjoy walking/hiking so we were up and away early each morning for a few hours before it got to hot. On the 3 days we were there we took 3 different routes the first day we turned left to asomatos then up past the church and picked up a dirt road, which lead to cemetery, the second day we headed straight up to Zia, to see how far we could get up the mountain our intention was to make it to the summit, but was to much off a challenge, but never the less was rewarded with some spectacular views. On the third day we walked down to lagoudi turned left up towards another church and beautiful cemetery, then up to Zia and back down to asphendiou there is also a lovely taverna in the village 5 minutes from the house where we had a couple of really good meals.
