The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the village, 10 minutes walk from the train station, and 10 minutes walk from both lifts (Matterhorn Glacier Paradise and Sunegga), I don't think location could be better. We enjoyed our stay!

It was easy to adventure on the mountain, return to the apartment to clean up, and head out to the village for dinner. Having a view of the Matterhorn from the living room was an exceptional treat!
