Very close to beautiful beach of Procchio, with a nice view to the sea. Everything seems clean and new, so it is clear that the property is being managed with good care. We rented the 50 m2 flat which had almost everything needed for a pleasant stay for a family. There was a private terrace with coffee table and lying bed/furniture. Also, there is a supermarket with free delivery service to the Marina VIP guests (you go there, pay for the stuff and they deliver them later’ The host (Michele) is very helpful and hospitable. He was always accessible during our stay. We arrived on Sunday, and we had to go shopping for food and some basic stuff. On the way back with a couple of heavy bags, we ran into each other, and he offered me to take my bags with his motorcycle. This was a great help on the first day, and showed his hospitality. All in all, we really enjoyed, and in another trip to Elba in future, we would definitely go back to this place.

A sauna, hot spring bath and massage service are available too, at extra charge. Excellent breakfast with an incredible view over the village of Sant'Andrea. We luxuriated in having the sun come over the hills just as we were taking in our first espresso of the day. The grounds are fabulous, with plenty of places to lay out in the sun or have a picnic with roses and cacti abound. The pool is pleasant and there are various relaxation spaces around the main building. Dinners are excellent as well, should you choose to partake. Great service and scrumptious food.

The location is so serene - you feel like you're in your own slice of paradise and have the entire villa to yourself. I also cannot say enough good things about the good at Il Termine - all of our breakfasts and dinners were among the most delicious meals we've ever had. We loved all the thoughtful touches - the Il Termine team works so hard to make every aspect of your stay gorgeous and luxurious.

Lobby Wi-Fi is free. we liked the breakfast, I liked the hard beds, there was always a spot to park albeit an SUV was certainly an advantage as it is a steep location

Breakfast, terrace, dinner, and staff were all excellent. Every single staff and service person we encountered was very professional and friendly. Everything we ordered at the restaurant or ate for breakfast was delicious and a good value. We would absolutely recommend this place.
