Very nice and modern hotel. Amazing breakfast buffet. Next to the crowded Malioboro street and next to the central station with direct trains to the airport. We enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool.

Johan is a host with an amazing personality. His team was super helpful and supportive. He arranged us the tour to ijen with a guide who was a miner himself. It was a memorable experience!

Location was pretty nice. Even it is close to the street, rooms and common areas were calm. Most of the historical places are in walking distance. Reception stuff were friendly and helpful with our questions. They have some nice offer of trips, which we choose. Breakfast was tasty. We also receive a box to go during morning trip, which was nice. We can recommend!

Conveniently situated in the centre of Jakarta, The Orient Jakarta, a Royal Hideaway Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. The hotel is so beautifully designed. We stayed in a grand deluxe room and it was spectacular. The views from our room was just wow! Pool on level 5 is great. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was amazing with lots of options. We met the general manager, Sebastian, when we accidentally stumbled unto a wrong floor. He was so welcoming and told us about the designer of the hotel. Definitely one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. This will be our go to in Jakarta from now on.
