The accommodation is perfect, food is the best hotel food we have tasted and the service that Panagiotis, Andreas and other member of the staff gave was superb, no matter what we asked they solved everything super fast with friendliness and a smile. The hotel manager Mr Konstantinos has a great crew that will make any visitor very happy with the visit. This is a hotel which we will surely visit again.

Everyone is very helpful and pays attention to details so that you feel very special.

The whole experience was made even more special by the wonderful staff - especially in the restaurants - Gaia Restaurant - Peggy, Konstantinos and Eugine - and the fabulous Osteria Restaurant with spectacular food and setting, not to mention the great live entertainment and the truly amazing staff - Noni and Konstantina - who made us feel so welcome and looked after us so well. Nico at the front entrance was always there to greet us with a friendly smile and chat, and Vasslis the Operations Manager made time to speak with guests and it was a real pleasure to meet him. Guests are treated like friends and many guests have returned year after year and we can see why.

The landlady was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
