I came to Chania for my birthday, and it was the best ever birthday. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, they elevate the overall experience. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options, and the restaurant also had the best steak I've had in a long time. The view from the room was stunning with an amazing view of the city and sea. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing stay. I'll definitely be back.

Dazzling and spacious with every modern amenity, accommodation is secluded in a residential environment within magnificently landscaped grounds. we loved everything about this lovely hotel, from the moment we arrived, and greeted by and given a tour by the even lovelier Sofia, to when sadly had to say our goodbyes to all the wonderful staff. such an elegantly designed hotel, attentive and big hearted helpful employees on a beautiful spot on one of the best islands on the planet! love Crete and now have a favourite hotel that I will certainly be visiting again!

Use of the gym is free, while there is a small spa-wellness centre with a spa bath and massage service. The use of the spa is by appointment and at extra charge. Everything was amazing! From the rooftop breakfast to the friendly staff, from the beautiful views to the spotlessly clean interior. It was fantastic and we'd like to come again!

The resort’s Hammam Spa features spa treatment rooms specially designed and fully equipped for multiple treatments, including face and body massages, treatments and scrubs. There are also a sauna and a hammam. Children enjoy their own pools, game rooms and playground. There is a baby room with toys and a kids’ club and a teenagers’ club are at disposal of younger guests, with daily activities planned for them. The service was excellent, the food the drinks and the quality of the room.

Set amidst landscaped gardens, all apartments and studios at Kavos are air conditioned and have a spacious balcony or terrace. They are fitted with an LCD TV, kitchenette and fridge, and enjoy free Internet access. Amazing view and the honeymoon suite was just as good as the pictures. Spectacular sunsets. Peaceful and quiet. The restaurant was great. Nice staff.

Well set in the Heralkio City Centre district, this hotel offers a bar, as well as a hot tub. The hotel has a fitness centre, seasonal outdoor pool and terrace, and guests can grab a bite to eat in the restaurant. Everything in this hotel is so dreamy that I don't know where to start: the staff are so friendly and they go above and beyond to make you feel like home. The bar tender on the first floor, Sofia welcomed us with a fresh drink and lovely smile. One of the staff, Giannos, even helped us to find restaurants, historical sites and Greek food. The spa experience with Vicky and her lovely colleagues was also amazing, we enjoyed the steam room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and the massage. Oh my goodness the massage was the highlight of the trip. The breakfast is gorgeous too. The chef, Gannis is there to personalize your omelette and pancakes. He offers such great and beautiful food for breakfast that I was not even sure if this is decoration or I'm allowed to eat it. The rooms are huge, beautiful and perfectly clean and extremely equipped in a way that you'd feel you stepped into a white castle. And last but not the least, the girls in the reception, I just remember one of the names(Christina) they speak every language, they help you with nice smile. They truly made this trip memorable for us.

GD Gallery Suites offers an à la carte or continental breakfast. My husband and I booked a junior suite but we were upgrated to suite upon arrival. The suite was spacious, very clean and the bed very comfortable. We stayed there for just one night, as we aimed at catching an early morning flight and wanted to spend the night near the airport, but we would highly recommend the hotel for longer stays as well.
