Rooms are new with many USB charging plugs as well as electrical charging ports. Water and drinks in mini fridge are free (additional charge if replenished). Reception and hotel manager are super accomodating and nice. Always ask and they will be happy to help. I booked a hotel transfer back to airport for an early flight out.

Every room has a kitchenette, flat screen 32' TV with satellite channels, safe deposit box, kettle, slippers and hairdryer. Bathrooms are private and fitted with showers and hydro massage panels. Toiletries and bed linen are provided for your care.

Use of the gym is free, while there is a small spa-wellness centre with a spa bath and massage service. The use of the spa is by appointment and at extra charge. One of the best places I've been! It was our first time in Crete and I chose this hotel because of a review. When we entered, we were greeted by a friendly atmosphere, and of course Michael is the receptionist. He was very friendly. We were in a superior room on the second floor. We like slightly harder bed mattresses, this was perfect for 7 nights! Air-conditioned, absolutely quiet, automatic, efficient. Perfect noise-insulating windows, we really pulled it off and it's completely quiet! For whom it is important. Breakfast: every day Giulia made some local delicacy, all the while there was melon juice coffee. We weren't hungry. There was a fantastic pool, comfortable sunbeds. The location is good, the city center is a 6-minute walk away. We always found free parking at night. I can only recommend it!

There is a baby room with toys and a kids’ club and a teenagers’ club are at disposal of younger guests, with daily activities planned for them. The service was excellent, the food the drinks and the quality of the room.

The hotel is the first smart hotel in Crete. The staff makes the hotel even more top than already is. Very polite, always with smile and always ready to make your accommodation more comfortable and make the guests more welcome. The breakfast has very good first quality products and the spa ( swimming pool - Jacuzzi - massage ) is a facility that can't be missed . I would like to thank the management and the staff for my accommodation at Ethereal White Resort and will definitely choose it again on my next visit in Heraklio.
