Here I have to specify that the best 2 restaurants were Main Restaurant and Greek Tavern - here you could always find something special for any of your cravens as well as wide choice of fish and sea food which was cooked for you on grill. The first hotel, where they know how to do perfect eggs. Excellent pools and beach. Very clean rooms and all the facilities. Highly recommend this hotel!

Every room has a kitchenette, flat screen 32' TV with satellite channels, safe deposit box, kettle, slippers and hairdryer. Bathrooms are private and fitted with showers and hydro massage panels. Toiletries and bed linen are provided for your care.

Use of the gym is free, while there is a small spa-wellness centre with a spa bath and massage service. The use of the spa is by appointment and at extra charge. One of the best places I've been! It was our first time in Crete and I chose this hotel because of a review. When we entered, we were greeted by a friendly atmosphere, and of course Michael is the receptionist. He was very friendly. We were in a superior room on the second floor. We like slightly harder bed mattresses, this was perfect for 7 nights! Air-conditioned, absolutely quiet, automatic, efficient. Perfect noise-insulating windows, we really pulled it off and it's completely quiet! For whom it is important. Breakfast: every day Giulia made some local delicacy, all the while there was melon juice coffee. We weren't hungry. There was a fantastic pool, comfortable sunbeds. The location is good, the city center is a 6-minute walk away. We always found free parking at night. I can only recommend it!

There is a baby room with toys and a kids’ club and a teenagers’ club are at disposal of younger guests, with daily activities planned for them. Outstanding beach resort, all around. Managed very professionally, very friendly stuff in all areas, fast response to any issue. Great selection of restaurants and bars, excellent food.

Well set in the Heralkio City Centre district, this hotel offers a bar, as well as a hot tub. The hotel has a fitness centre, seasonal outdoor pool and terrace, and guests can grab a bite to eat in the restaurant. A brand new hotel at the center of Heraklio. The hotel is the first smart hotel in Crete. The staff makes the hotel even more top than already is. Very polite, always with smile and always ready to make your accommodation more comfortable and make the guests more welcome. The breakfast has very good first quality products and the spa ( swimming pool - Jacuzzi - massage ) is a facility that can't be missed . I would like to thank the management and the staff for my accommodation at Ethereal White Resort and will definitely choose it again on my next visit in Heraklio.

The property is 400 metres from the city centre and 2.4 km from Amoudara Beach. WOW! Where did I even start? I found this hotel at the very last minute and what a VERY pleasant surprise it was - I found a gem!!! First of all, not only the location of this hotel is fantastic but the lighting in the room is great, it has a very comfortable bed, great shower, the place brand new, very clean, very bright, perfectly working air conditioner when needed, great toiletries and other items (blow dryer, slippers, robe, etc.), well-kept and the hotel staff service is just incredible! The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, hospitable, top notch with attention to details, extremely prompt in service and always ensured that my stay was very comfortable as though I was at home! I was even greeted with a refreshing, delicious welcome drink without me even asking! The breakfast is high quality of local ingredients, offering both western and Greek dishes. This is easily my new favourite hotel in Heraklion. This hotel is just impeccable and stellar in every single way. I can’t wait to return to the city when I’m less so in a rush (only stayed there for a night - but boy what a gem I found!!), so that I can also enjoy the spa services upon my next visit!
