Some rooms offer views of the Loch Faskally or of the Highlands’ landscape. Loved the spa and pool. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and we had the Best dessert ever! Caramel Toffee Pudim OMG too good! The chateau is lovely and the surround countryside is picture perfect.

It's a shame we only stayed for one night, you can definitely spend a week there. The restaurant and the food were amazing, there were also a few great spots to have a picnic and just relax. Our cabin was clean, comfy and definitely worth booking!

I liked it here, even though the reviews werent great it was a nice place to stay, better than I expected. The staff were great and on several occasions really helpful. It was immaculately clean, tidy, warm and quiet. The spa area was nice, I didn't have any treatments but the pool, sauna and steam room were clean and very relaxing. The dinner and breakfast were great although, at an add on if £22, I do not know why they charge another £4 add on for smashed avocado and poached egg on toast....£26 for egg and avocado....I think not.
Loved our stay here, from the very friendly welcome we received from Karen when we arrived early, to the wee luxury toiletries in the very spacious bathroom in our room. A lovely relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful breakfast cooked by Taylor. Great location, excellent value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen and her team.
We had a great stay at Kirkwirral. The location is unique, and the property enjoys all comforts including a clean and modern room, great shower and comfy bed, a sauna, a relaxing hot tub and a nice cabin log where you can chill with a drink or a cup of tea. Gim and Yvonne were very kind and helpful, ensuring that all guests were feeling comfortable in their place. The freshly-prepared breakfast was also excellent and suitable for all kind of preferences, ranging from traditional to vegetarian/vegan, etc. Highly recommend!

My cosmopolitan cocktail was also delicious! - gorgeous relaxing spa - lovely pool, hot tub and sauna plus the relaxation area were just lovely. We stayed one night and used it on the afternoon and the morning we left (you can use it up to 1pm on the day you check out) - comfy bed and nice comfy window seat. Only thing I’d like is a bath rather than a shower but I knew that when I booked.
Lovely hotel , big spacious room . Excellent spa and pool with hot tubs and saunas you could use all day. Robes were nice to wear around pool area and towels provided. Big spacious bathroom super comfy large beds. Nice restaurant tasty breakfast and really nice evening food recommend the steak
All of the staff at the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, if a little dated. Rooms are very quiet and we had a great night's sleep. It was quite warm in the room when we stayed and no air conditioning, however a fan is provided in the wardrobe which did help. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and also had a spa day and afternoon tea. All of the food was delicious and high quality. The spa treatments were nice and it is good having access to the pool, steam room, sauna and hot tub.
Kirkwirral Guest House is immaculate! The attention to detail is first class and the outside area including sauna and hot tub is more relaxing than a hotel spa! Received a warm welcome from Yvonne who was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fantastic, great selection including a fab smoothie. 100% recommend staying here.
