Fran! the manager was amazing! patient, helpful and cheerful, he is a huge attribute to the hotel and excellent in customer service. The room he gave me was beautiful, peaceful, large and I slept very well. I had room service, the food was quite good. The property itself is lovely and heritage; I am sure the history is very interesting. I was not expecting that quality to the price ratio. The value was amazing.

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice.
We had lunch in the pool restaurant and lunch and drinks by the pool. Our anniversary dinner in the Terrace restaurant. All excellent and staff extremely efficient.

Breakfast was very good well set out with a good selection. Also the SPA was exceptional, pool, steam room and sauna perfect for winding down. Unfortunately I only stayed 2 nights and no availability for the massage - next time I’ll book in advance.
Super warm welcome by Mar. It was our last stay in Spain and could not be more perfect for a relaxing end of a beautiful trip. Enjoyed the pool area and the hotel has a beautiful view. Our room had a bath and overlooked the mountains and lake, which was pure luxury. Breakfast was great!
We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. All our expectations were met. A wonderful SPA with a large set of hydromassage, sauna, hammam, ice water pool, swimming pool. Excellent Gym. Very spacious, there are many exercise machines. We used the gym every day, and it was practically private for us. All this will restore your body. The breakfasts are varied, always fresh fruit. The staff is very responsive and friendly. I was very pleased with the underground parking of the hotel. We will return to this hotel again!
Great SPA hotel. As it was my birthday, we had a welcome glass of champagne opon check-in. Very kind staff. Amazingly well designed interior. Lovely and spacious room with a heating which was very important in winter when it is a bit chilly even in Spain. Michelin star quality food. Specially dinner. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and turkish bath included in price. Perfect location by the Atlantic ocean. Only 30min drive to wonderful Cadiz with plenty ofwalking and exploring possibilities. Highly reccomended.
Definitely the hamman is a big part for me returning to this hotel. It is so lovely to have this relaxing time after a day sightseeing. A must is a massage even if only 15 minutes.. Breakfast is abundant with loads of local produce. It's near to many restaurants and cafes and the beautiful Adarve balcony which is breathtaking. A lovely place to unwind.
Relaxed, beautiful sea views, great location, large clean rooms with huge comfy beds (junior suite) quality massages in spa, nice pools, excellent choice at breakfast buffet and adults only meal option,. Sun beds by adult/'indoor' pool (sliding roof so still got sun), polite but friendly staff. Proximity to Estepona (with car which is recommended as hotel is outside town), enough food options/choices for my adult vegan son.
The staff are very kind. We had an amazing room with a great view. The room was spacious and very nice. Loved the swimming pool, Turkish bath and sauna. Very comfortable hotel, I left feeling very relaxed.
Located right next to a beautiful beach. All good at the property was delicious. Room was clean and larger than most of the other European hotels we have stayed in. Staff was very friendly and gave us a lot of good tips about local travel. The spa was great, my husband and I both got a relaxing massage & then enjoyed the hot tub for about an hour. Restaurants on the beach behind the hotel within walking distance.
Great hotel with lovely staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was brilliant - so much choice, all really fresh and option for pancakes/omelettes cooked fresh. Little gym but what you need if you want to workout. Lovely to have an area to relax on the rooftop and a quick dip in the pool/hot tub. Location was ideal - in a quiet area about 10mins walk from the centre.
