Couldn't fault this hotel, had originally booked in for 1 night but extended to 3 nights. It's extremely quiet here. We went for dinner one evening and were the only people in the whole restaurant over the hour 7-8pm. There isn't much to do in the area. Pool area at the top is really nice and staff are very friendly. Rooms were clean. Only odd thing is that there were nearly more staff than staying in the people in the hotel which is probably reflective of the time of year. It was great for us though as service was so quick as was the WiFi 😁 Shower was great, nice selection for breakfast too.

Exellent!!! The staffs are very friendly and helpful! They helped us to book the tour and suggested us some famous places for tourists. The rooms are clean and beautiful! The wifi is strong is big plus point!

We loved everything about our Cruise. Helen who attends to the bookings was amazing. She communicated with us from the day we made the booking till we got back to our hotel in Hanoi. She arranged transportation to and from our hotel and thought off everything. I can highly recommend this cruise and hope to go back one day to spend more time in Halong Bay.

Everything under control, well organise all activities and always at the time agreed. From the transfer from Hanoi to all activities. Nice to move around with the catamaran and the activities very interesting. If with time I recommend 3 days 2 nights. Room perfect clean and comfy. Food correct and good. Staff allways taking care of all.
