Even though we only stayed for one night we had an exceptional experience. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was great, rooftop bar was spectacular and beautifully decorated. Location is perfect if you want to enjoy Hanoi’s Old Quarters. But most of all we appreciated how kind and attentive the staff was. They definitely went above and beyond to cater our needs, help with transportation and even book a last minute massage. Big thanks to My Lee who made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.

The experience here was supreme. The staff was super friendly, I would especially like to mention Thuy, for his kindness and good attention. The buffet breakfast is incredible and super complete. the location is perfect. The hotel restaurant has a 180° panoramic view of the city that is unmissable. We would definitely choose them again. We had an excellent time!

Friendly staff and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The shower was warm and they supplied flip flops and toiletries. The fridge was a great asset and they had underground parking for bikes. Would stay again.

The place is very good, and the beach is opposite, and there are many different delicacies nearby. The service of the hotel is very good, everyone is very kind, the room is big, although the price is not cheap, but it is definitely worth it. In addition, I would like to mention that there is a staff VY who is very kind and helpful. She gave me different suggestions. I would like to say thank you to her here. I am very grateful.

Good choice for me ! I read many good reviews about this hotel on booking. That's why i selected it. The location is not near the beach taking 5 minutes to get there. About room, they upgraded free for me and i have a city view. The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and the best impression for me is design. It looks quite simple but luxurious. I just stayed one night so i could not give more feedback. The next time i will book more night because my check out date they were full. :((
