Everything about Lady Naya was perfect, from our room, the pool area, the lounge and especially the super nice and sweet staff. Mary on the reception was very polite and helped us with anything we needed. She recommended us where to rent a bike for a great price, they even delivered us to the hotel. Mary also recommended Green Inn massage and we went there twice - it was fantastic. The hotel also is nice to animals, they have lovely cats. The location was perfect because it was close to Ra Wai beach and Kata beach, also there was a lot of very nice cafes and restaurants and 7-11 minutes from the hotel. Our room was very clean and beautiful with AC, great view on the pool and it was cleaned daily. We also got free laundry cleaning. All in all we were SUPER HAPPY with our stay and we were sad to leave. Highly recommended to everyone who wants a nice stay.

The room is inside a Hotel. The pool is great, the complex is really new and luxurious. The room is also quite luxurious and very clean. It also has a reasonable kitchen.

Beautifully appointed condo on the second floor of a lovely complex. Quiet location yet only a 3 minute walk to Rawai Beach, shops and restaurants. Pools, gym and sauna on site. The bathroom was AMAZING and the bed very comfy. Good strong WiFi and Netflix available on the big screen tele. Gregory was great to deal with and responded to questions promptly. I really enjoyed my stay.

This place is a true gem! It is located in Rawai, a rather chilled part of Phuket - but not boring at all! Wale up to the sounds of tropical birds, spend your day at the pool or one of the nearby beaches and enjoy the friendly nightlife and delicious food. It’s the best place to be for people who don’t want to be in the loud and crowded epicenter Patong but are still up for meeting people at night. Best part of it: Owner George and his wife Dang! Funny, friendly and very supportive! they will do anything to accommodate you according to your needs. Best place, fully recommended for singles, couples, families alike!

The property was amazing! Having a private pool in Phuket is a must. The views are breathtaking. The location was great. Close to shops and many restaurants.

The units were nice, well cared for, and clean. it was so fun having a pool to ourselves. The pool is not heated, but it was warm enough. it has good air conditioning in the bedrooms. The listing looks like there are 2, 3 and four bedroom units, but every unit had four bedrooms and they close off the extras you aren’t using. The staff was very helpful.
