The aparthotel offers a buffet or Full English/Irish breakfast.

Due to our exceptional location in the heart of Krakow, the facility has a limited number of parking spaces in front of the hotel (prior reservation is required) and a quarded parking lot 300 meters from the facility.

The location is perfect, just enough out of the center to be quiet, but still great access to all of the magic in central Kraków. The bed was supremely comfortable, and there was lots of space. The shower and bidet were perfection. Staff were attentive without fussiness and helped me with power problems - I needed an extension cord .

Excellent hotel. I liked it from the first second as it smells wonderful! The room was big, nicely arranged and extremely clean. 32inch screen tv with sound system in the bathroom was real luxury. The most important for me was big and very comfortable bed. I had good night sleep every night! On the top of all of that SPA is a bonus. Again, very clean with wide range of facilities. Highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton.

This property was amazing. Everything was so clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful. I’d recommend getting the buffet breakfast. A wide selection of different foods. The spa is also lovely, and we had a Balinese massage which was amazing and so relaxing - would definitely recommend.

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed. It is not even a 2 star hotel it is total fraud and misleading. Booking.com should take action against them. They claim to be a spa hotel. Nothing was available no swimming pool no sauna no steam room no cleaning even the room fobs didn't work every time we have to renew it every 2 hours. Breakfast was a total disappointment. Bakery items seems to be expired and old stuff. Only good thing was staff being very nice nothing else

This is a class one hotel. The staff are friendly . the coffee machine in reception is excellent there are all flavoured teas also. The breakfast is amazing something for everyone. Loved the pancakes! There is also a bakery where you can get coffee and cake all day. The spa was excellent there is a sauna and steam room and gym. I had the most amazing massage after 8 hours of sightseeing (there is a charge but it is cheap) You are 15 minutes walk from the old square or you can get the tram.

H15 is definitely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. The staff exceeded all expectations - super helpful and friendly (and really young which is even more impressing!). The pool, wellness, saunas are perfect and suprisingly quiet. The breakfast is excellent, and the The Hours bistro serves amazing food. We loved our stay and can't wait to be back!

The hotel is located just a few tram stops from the main train station. It has excellent location- walking distance to old town and old Jewish district "Kazimierz". The room was clean and spacious with super comfy king-size bed. You have a mini bar inside and you can ask the stuff for other necessary things like an iron and etc. The breakfast was fresh, tasty with good variety of choice. Also coffee was good. When you book a room you have access to sauna and relax area which was amazing. The stuff was friendly and helpful.

We were in Krakow just to watch a concert and this hotel is very close by the stadium. I love the facilities, the pool, jacuzzis, steam and sauna. After a whole day of walking around, i stayed in the spa for 3 hours. Initially, i had the whole spa to myself which was bliss but after 10mins, other guests wigh kids have started to arrive and it was crowded but i was still able to enjoy and relax in the steam and sauna so it was ok. Breakfast was good with many options.
