The hotel was very charming. It was very clean everywhere and the location was great. The spa was not large but was enough. The breakfast room was especially lovely, as was the breakfast! So much choice! The staff were all helpful and those in the dining room were very nice! I really enjoyed my stay here!

The luxury 5-star Grand Hotel Sitea is located in the centre of Turin, right behind Piazza San Carlo and a 10-minute walk from Piazza Castello. Guests can enjoy on site the Michelin starred restaurant Carignano. A free gym is also available.

We expected everything to be as advertised: classic, elegant, quiet. But, even though it’s within just a short walking distance from the train station, it’s beautifully located in one of Turin’s best pedestrian streets, with great restaurants all around (including their own) - and that was an unexpected bonus.

Apartment was very clean, with complete (private) facilities. Had a fridge, a Nespresso machine available but didn't use Short walk (10 min) to the main shopping streets which is also close to the museums etc. The area itself has alot of restaurants but wasn't able to explore that area due to time constraints. The owner of the property was very accommodating. Didn't meet her personally but she made checking in and out a breeze and flexible with time. I highly recommend this stay.

Prime location; all attractions within walking distance. Quiet environment despite central location. Elevator. Attention to detail in decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I really liked those details. Fully equipped for comfort: all necessities provided. Some welcome food and snacks for breakfast, coffee. Welcome sparkling wine. Beautiful terrace for dining or relaxation. Host is very helpful and always available to assist guests.

This is the second time we have stayed at the NH in Torino. We loved the city, so decided to visit once again on our travels and of course chose this hotel once again. We found the staff to be very polite and helpful. The parking is very convenient for us. Also, the rooms are spacious and spotless. They provide a lovely oasis to relax and rest. The breakfast selection is great and the breakfast area is lovely. The centre is a few minutes walk.

The room was comfy and welcoming, but not very large. The spa was fantastic, with two different hammams, sauna and pool. Breakfast was great and it was lovely to eat in the courtyard.

The staff were friendly, competent and efficient. We were able to check in early, even though we hadn't requested this. Since we had a suite there was plenty of space and a sofa to relax on. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice. Being located in the centre of the city all the famous squares, historic cafés and the river were within easy walking distance.

The team at the hotel were most helpful, courteous and friendly with a good standard of spoken English. I enjoyed the breakfasts, and the space to relax in the room. In the spring and summer I think the nearby park would be pleasant.

Everything was perfect and absolutly wonderful! The stuff is super friendly and helpful. We were looking for a christmas market and asked the reception. They did not find a market, cause there weren't any left, but something similar. It was very luxury and we felt great there! The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of choices. The spa was fine especially the stuff and the pool with a lot of whirlpool options. Our room was great - spacious, with a really big bed, a comfy sofa and an amazing marbled bathroom!
