The hotel has a great location and the facilities are excellent. We did not dine in the hotel but the bar is great. Breakfasts are superb. The best thing about the property is the staff - they are friendly, helpful and there are so many of them! Amazing location next to the beach. Staff generally were excellent and very helpful (especially like to thank the girl on reception (in the red glasses) the first day helping is to get easy access for our luggage). Access to the beach and loungers was easy (although at a charge if €35 per day)

Super adorable studio with all necessary equipment. The host, Mr Sartore, was very attentive, polite and welcoming. I really appreciated his wonderful ‘San Remo’ highlights and useful information pack/ emails, it was also a bonus that he spoke French. The location of the appartement is wonderfully convenient- 10mins walk into the centre and a lovely 30mins stroll (or option to hire bikes along the way) to the sandy beach at Tre Ponti. I would highly recommend this accommodation and I will be sure to book again upon our next return to San Remo. Merci beaucoup!

Clean, classy, comfortable, very poilte and heartful personnel. asked a glass of wine in the bar at night, never saw it on the bill, despite insisting. Really appreaciate those small things that make a difference. Flawless and reach breakfast with a good view from the sitting area. All points for a higher value, would have expected to send a bit more for such accomodation. Maybe off-season in January.
