Location is just next to the Spanish Steps, hotel is clean with brilliant modern rooms (we stayed in ‘Pick the black’), the room is also a great size for the city centre. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who were always friendly and happy to help, great choices for breakfast which is served to your room. Fantastic valve for money! Hot tub in the room is amazing after a long day of exploring. As an added bonus, we were in Rome celebrating our engagement and the hotel kindly upgraded our room!RobynYoung couple

Large terrace where you can have breakfast and sunbathe. Nice view of the city. No problems with parking. There is a cafe with delicious pastries nearby. Separately, I would like to note that I really liked the owner of the apartment. Clear instructions for check-in and check-out, plus regularly asked if everything was okay. Thanks a lot.

It’s not really a hotel but a floor of apartments in the block. Very cosy and personal. Seems safe and quite relaxing despite the central location. Staff were super friendly and very attentive with breakfast, check in etc. We were able to leave bags after check out and we also checked in quite late which wasn’t a problem. Place was also spotless and nicely decorated. We stayed in room 2 which was spacious, had smart TV and large bathroom.

A large double bed was comfortable, great pillows and large TV. We stayed in a deluxe room which was very spacious. Breakfast of orange juice, coffee and croissant delivered to the room so it was a relaxing stay.
