What I can say . Love the atmosphere, cleaning, location, all the staff was amazing and treat us like a royal Family . I really appreciate all the effort from them . The breakfast offering was AMAZING. Truly beautiful fresh delicious food of the highest standards. We would stay at the hotel again just for for the breakfast. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. Loved the outside gardens and courtyard. It’s a real sanctuary.

Stay for 3 nights at the end of April. Family of 4. We had an apartment. Two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (each with toilet, bidet, sink, walk in shower (hand shower plus overhead)), one bathroom even had a washing machine (we didn't use it though), a large spacious living room/kitchen/dining area. One bedroom was larger than the other. Modern furniture, comfortable beds, very clean, lots of towels (different sizes). Water filter in the kitchen. Tea kettle. High ceilings. Showers were INCREDIBLE. The water pressure was perfect, the ease of use was wonderful. Very easy to figure out to switch from hand held to overhead shower. No issues whatsoever with drainage. Absolutely no water leaking out onto the bathroom floor. All the doors in the entire apartment closed, open, locked, unlocked without any issues at all. There were extra bathroom towels in the closets of the bedrooms. There was an elevator. Everything was very high tech in terms of entry. No keys, no cards, just had to remember ONE pin code for all the doors (from the street, into the elevator, into the apartment, to the stairs). Each apartment had a unique pin code. Concierge/front desk were very friendly, helpful. The location is very close to the Cadorna train station, as well as the Church which houses the Last Supper. Pharmacy, supermarket all within a block or two. The walk to the central district (Duomo, Galleria, etc) is about 15-20 minutes, very doable. You can always cab it on the way back. Neighborhood felt very safe, very clean, very quiet, no noise late night or early morning. Very close to the park. When checking out, the front desk called a cab for us to get to the train station. Would definitely stay here again.

Spa facilities in the basement were excellent. We visited often and we were frequently the only couple there. Nice pool. I could do plenty of laps due to having it to myself. The relaxation room was nice, although the water for the herbal teas was not hot or replenished. The bio sauna was great. Spacious apartment. Smart TV. Good WiFi.
