The staff was great! The location was great! The hotel had free shuttle to anywhere you’d like! Just an amazing location to be if you are going to visit Cinque Terre.

Property was clean, modern and Sabrina was very kind and helpful. She even helped us a lot by booking a table at a nearby restaurant when we were having difficulty with the train to La Spezia. Located in a central area in La Spezia, close to some good restaurants. Definitely worth it!

A great place to stay: clean, comfortable, and the hosts were good to work with. There's a huge (American-sized) fridge, so you can pick up some groceries or breakfast items at the nearby shops and save a little on eating out. The beds and pillows were super comfy, and we slept great. There's a great air conditioning unit, but we never really figured out how to make it work. The instructions may have been on the inside of the main door, but that didn't occur to me. We got it working, but it remained a bit of a mystery. The bathroom was clean and new, with a good-sized shower. Overall, it was everything we hoped for and more.
