Hotel is totally new. In room you have your own coffee machine and kettle. TV with YouTube was great bonus for us. Everything in room clean and new, beds very comfortable. Private parking. They have amazing spa, we enjoyed it and it costs only 30€ per room.

Apartments are in the city center, in a perfect location walking distance to everything in Bergamo. The apartment is very clean and cozy, everything is done with style and is very well equiped. But the best part is the stuff! Amazing people and with recomendations for the city tours and restaurants. Really amazing accomodation. We will come again for sure!

I’d probably start with the owners (Benjamin & Giulia) - they are the most wonderful example of personalized hosting in an increasingly automated and digitalised booking environment. They offered a complimentary shuttle in an out of Bergamo and are very welcoming and extremely responsive and helpful if you have any questions or need any recommendations. They truly go above and beyond. This is our second time staying at one of their apartments and will not be the last. The apartment itself is perfectly situated on the main street walkable distance to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets etc. The apartment is new and modern and was exceptionally clean, and was finished elegantly with tasteful touches including artworks, candles, and well equipped. There are two big flat screen TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living/kitchen area. The apartment is in a very secure building with two secure doors that both require a key for entry. It is located on the third floor so there are some stairs, however this is common for Italy. Overall a delightful experience that made our time in Bergamo so much more enjoyable.
