The croissants are made fresh and were the absolute best part of my stay. Every time I visit any location of Ritz, I'm sure that I will get the best breakfast buffet. The pain au chocolat is a must when you visit.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and really helped me out with my various requests for assistance during my stay. The facilities and good offerings are excellent. The location in Hinjawadi is outside the city centre but is still a convenient location, with supermarkets and many food options available close by, and also well connected to the major roads and highway.

The property is clean and located at a short distance from the airport. The staff was extremely accommodating to many requests and courteous. From Ravaan at the front desk to Kunal who dropped us off at the airport, they made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if I’m in Pune.

The staff went out if their way to be warm, helpful an welcoming. Rajesh was amazing, along with our server every morning in the dining room. The hotel is beautiful, clean, safe and well-run. I highly recommend staying here, you will not regret it!
