The hospitality of the staff was outstanding - whether this was at the Front Office or Housekeeping or at Kokum or SFX Bar. Particular mention must be made of Vincent and Roshan at the Kokum restaurant for their warm and outstanding service. Also Chandrakant, who came for our luggage while we were checking out. He gave us the most valuable tip on the route for our drive back to Pune.

What a fantastic hotel. Greatly exceeded our expectations. We struggled to choose accommodation in Goa - there are lots of options at varying price points. We are SO glad we chose the Holiday Inn. The rooms are just excellent, comparable with a 5 star hotel in a capital city. We were upgraded to a pool view room. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms big and the rooms are very quiet. The breakfast is extensive and delicious. The pool area is lovely. The gym is well appointed and air conditioned. The location is good - beaches & tourist sites in walking distance, and some lovely restaurants very close by. To top it off, every single staff member is exceptional. So helpful and kind, always a big smile! The staff helped us arrange some activities and were always available. When you consider the price point as well… great value for money. Strongly recommend!!!

May be this resort is the best place to stay in North Goa. Very polite and helpful staff, good food and only 20 min from the Old Goa town where the churches are located.
