The check-in staff was excellent. They were willing and able to go the extra mile for a very peculiar request. I cannot thank them enough for that. Location is great, on a quiet area near the buzzing Norreport, next to a beautiful lake. The room was absolutely fabulous, comfortable, and cosy, with modern amenities.

The hotel was wonderful and the breakfast delicious, with plenty of varieties to satisfy everyone, from sweet to savoury. Beautiful structure, the ground floor and the relaxation area, the rooftop and the wellness area, which we did not try, however. It was a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful and the area very convenient, the staff friendly and attentive to people's needs. They even offered us two cappuccinos. The location is also excellent, just 10 minutes from the airport and the sea view is also beautiful.

Our room was a good size, plenty of space to relax and unwind in. The check-in and check-out process via an app was very easy and convenient. We enjoyed the continental breakfast offering as well. The staff was prompt and helpful when we had questions or needed assistance, such as quickly obtaining a taxi for us when we were departing for the airport. The hotel's location was convenient for the various places in Copenhagen we were interested in seeing, easily walkable to many attractions and lots of options nearby for dining.

The 25hours structure is a brand new hotel in Copenhagen, located in the strategic area Indre By (you can easily visit the city by walk!) Great internal spaces with high quality bars and restaurant, a wellness area (gym and sauna) and a very cozy room are the main plus of the 25hours. Strongly suggested

The staff were very warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, The breakfast choices were exceptional. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The shower was like a warm waterfall. The extras in the bathroom are such a nice touch. obviously this is a luxury hotel and quite expensive. But you will not be disappointed if you want luxury. 10/10 Location, 10/10 service, 10/10 value.
