My fiance and I stayed their January 27th 2024 for his Birthday.
The staff, especially Jake , was exceptional. He was very informative, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful.
The room we had was beautiful.
Bed was very comfortable.
The room was very clean.
The rest of the hotel was exceptionally beautiful as well.
Would love to come back and stay again if they made cameras available for the parking lot.

Breakfast was very uninspiring
Something hot like eggs and sausage would’ve made it a lot better

The man at the front desk was beyond helpful and understanding. I explained to him that I had left a bad domestic violence situation and for that reason didn’t have my drivers license on me. He accepted the ID that I was able to provide and allowed me to my room. When I had an issue with the door latching completely, he immediately moved me to a better room. Very kind and understanding.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The floor was quiet and I got lots of rest between my trips to the hospital for treatment. The cleaning staff did a great job. The room had a small refrigerator and a Keurig machine with coffee and tea pods. There was a night light in the bathroom. There were black out shades to keep the room dark.
Staff was very nice and overall everything was great.

I was familiar with the area, living in the past about 30 miles from there. Moved out of state and came back to visit my mom in the hospital. The Hyatt House was about 30 to lebanon to where we needed to go. The area is beautiful in scenery with lots of green.
This is our go to hotel when visiting the area. The welcoming space is delightful from the fresh lemon water to the comfortable airy seating areas. The 'little store' has everything you could want for an overnight stay. From breakfast to lunch, snacks, frozen dinners, wine and cocktails are available
. There is also a restaurant and a bar. The pool and hot tub for relaxing is appreciated. Photos are of the little touches.
Saiqua, a hotel employee here is the most unprofessional employee I have ever encountered. She completely devalues the property and company. She is the reason for this rating. I have no words for her actions. She is terrible to put it lightly. She made us feel like we were staying at a cheap motel instead of a 3 star hotel such as Hyatt house.
Bed linens, towels, shower and amenities were above expectations. I felt comfortable as the room and hotel were clean and fresh. Staff was very kind and helpful. It was my first stay at a Hilton Garden Inn and I will look for them in future for travel and pleasure. Thank you!
A regular this level hotel experience was mostly as expected. Quite convenient location near to highways. A good option is the mini-market in the lobby with various sneaks and beverages.
Privacy. Separate kitchenette/living room. Beautiful outdoor area with sidewalks connecting buildings and pool, social areas, grilling area with tables.
